Under license No. 24819 dated 2005, Atieh Takado Investment Company has been registered as a private joint stock company in Isfahan in the registering companies and industrial ownership office.
Atieh Takado’s main field of activity includes investing in companies’ shares; partnership with legal and real persons; getting representative from the aforementioned persons to deal shares; making stock deals of renowned companies; creating appropriate grounds to identify and utilize the chances offered by internationally famous bourses; attending in foreign securities markets; doing financial and economic investigations; offering consult services in the abovementioned fields to investors and others who are active in those fields; taking loans; partnership with banks – private and governmental – and other valid financial institutes; obtaining permits from Iran Bourse to establish a brokerage unit; registering or crating new firms which are relevant to the companies’ subject of activity; establishing branches inside and outside country; and doing all sorts of economic affairs which are directly or indirectly necessary to achieve the firm’s objectives.
